Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days before the check-in date.
Rate differences (if any) must be paid by the guest.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, Razorpay account).
Bookings made under promotional offers, special discounts, or last-minute deals may be non-refundable. Please check the booking details at the time of purchase.
No refunds will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.
