Returns & Refund Policy

At The Hridayesh Resorts , we are committed to providing the best possible experience to our guests. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a reservation or payment.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

2. Modification of Booking

  • Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days before the check-in date.

  • Rate differences (if any) must be paid by the guest.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, Razorpay account).

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Bookings made under promotional offers, special discounts, or last-minute deals may be non-refundable. Please check the booking details at the time of purchase.

5. Early Check-Out

  • No refunds will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.

6. In Case of Payment Failure
